Gertrude R. Poland of New Windsor, NY a retired nurse aid for Valley Hospital Ridgewood, NJ passed away on Friday 26, 2021 at the Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Peekskill, NY. She was 86
Gertrude is the daughter of the late Charles and Rose Clyick Poland. She was born on July 19, 1934 in Wilkes Barre, PA
Gertrude is survived by one brother Mark (Cabrina) Poland of Butler, NJ; her twin sister Louise (Carmine) Damario of New Windsor, NY, 3 nephews Frank Damario, Mark Damario, and Christopher Poland, one niece Nicole Poland and 3 great nieces Angelina Rose Poland, Danielle Damario, and Madeline Darmario.
There will be no visitation. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday March 4, 2021 at Sacred Heart Church Newburgh, NY; Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery New Windsor, NY.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Gertrude to Sacred Heart Church Newburgh, NY.
