Robert Francis Cafferella of Newburgh, New York passed away on November 1, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was a lifelong resident and the assistant manager of Jack Williams Tire and Auto Service Center. He was the son of Frank Cafferella and Kathleen Hannigan Cafferella. He was born on March 15, 1982 in Newburgh. Robert was an avid Jets, Mets, Knicks and Rangers fan. He loved playing golf and was devoted to his family especially his nieces Samantha and Kaitlin Stanwyck. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Kathleen Cafferella, his loving sister Christine and her husband Bill Stanyck as well as his nieces Samantha and Kaityln. In addition he was survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitations will be on Wednesday November 3, 2021 at Hudson Valley Funeral Home New Windsor from 3-7. Funeral services will be held on November 4, 2021 at St. Patrick’s Church in Newburgh at 10 AM. A Christian burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Orange and Sullivan Hospice, 800 Stony Brook Court Newburgh, NY.
