Robert E. Bamberger of New Windsor, NY a retired self-employed contractor and an area resident for 31 years passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital Newburgh, he was 67. Robert is the son of the late Robert F. Bamberger and Grace L. Hartman.
Robert was born on March 16, 1951, in Suffern, NY. He loved spending time with his family, walks in the woods with his dog, creating works of art in his workshop. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann Bamberger at home, his daughter Christy Bamberger and his son Michael Bamberger of Valley Cottage, NY and a stepdaughter Kia Watson of New Windsor.
Sisters Lynda Bamberger of Florida, Heidi Bamberger of Spring Valley, brother Merryl Hartman and his wife Donna of New City. 4 nieces and 1 nephew.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, June 21, at Hudson Valley Funeral Home, Inc. 239 Quassaick Avenue (Rte94) New Windsor, NY 12553.
Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery Newburgh.
