THOMAS MULLIGAN JR.
August 7, 1938 - December 25, 2017
Thomas Mulligan Jr. of New Windsor, NY a retired trackman for NYC Transit Authority passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017, at Sapphire Nursing Home at Meadow Hill Newburgh. He was 79.
Thomas is the son of the late Thomas Mulligan Sr. and Catherine Gabelman, he was born on August 7, 1938, in Manhattan, NY. Thomas is a member of the Knights of Columbus Msgr. Henry O’Carroll Council 444, Marine Corp League and Catholic War Veterans Newburgh. Thomas is survived by one daughter Catherine Detz and her husband Michael of Newburgh, two grandsons Robert and William Detz of Newburgh, one brother Dennis Mulligan of Flushing, NY, one sister Patricia Stolfi of Chatham, NJ and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2-5pm on Friday, December 29, 2017, at Hudson Valley Funeral Home, Inc. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Saturday, December 30, at St. Francis Church Newburgh.
Cremation will be private at Cedar Hill Crematory Newburgh.
