Regina A. Elliott (Finn) was born on July 3, 1950, in Mount Vernon, NY. She passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 73. She is survived by her son Daniel D. Elliott of New Windsor, NY, Her Brother, John J. Finn and her sister-in-Law Judith Finn of Rochester, NY, her nephew, John D. Finn and his wife Jana Subik-Finn of Rochester, NY, her niece Elizabeth Finn of Rochester, NY and several cousins. Regina was preceded by her sisters, Kathleen Finn, Joanne Finn, and her parents John and Anne Finn of Monroe. Regina was a retired Registered Nurse, who worked at Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center for several years before retiring in 2008. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s College in 1972. She really enjoyed reading books, spending time with friends, enjoying her iced coffee, and playing games on the computer. She loved being a nurse and helping others. A memorial service will be held on Sunday May 19th at 2:00 P.M. at the Hudson Valley Funeral Home in New Windsor, NY. A Repass (dinner) will follow the ceremony at approximately 3:00 P.M. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 47 Old Rt. 9W, New Windsor, NY. In Lieu of Flowers, Make donations to Hudson River Lodge #309 F&AM, for the Regina A. Elliott Nursing Scholarship program. This will financially assist students at Mount Saint Mary College in the nursing program.
