Phyllis Chidgey, of New Windsor, NY a retired O.R. Technician for St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, passed away on Friday January 2026, she was 78. Phyllis is the daughter of the late George Gardner and Martha Wall, she was born on September 17, 1947 in Washington, DC
Phyllis is survived by her husband Lenny Chidgey, her son Chris Degraw and his wife Carle, her brother Jimmy Wall, her step sister Kath O’Dell, step brother, Billy Gardner, and one granddaughter Aria Rose Degraw. Phyllis is pre-deceased by her sister Joyce Cassa.
Funeral services will be private.
