It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Grace Allen Russell, who departed this life peacefully on November 26, 2025. Barbara was born on December 10, 1955, in Brooklyn, NY, to Blair Allen and Rosemary Lupo.
Barbara was a dedicated wife to Dennis, her loving husband, and a devoted mother to Matthew, Veronica, and David. She was a hardworking professional who built a career advocating for the developmentally, disabled.
She had a great love for literature, gardening, and spending time with her friends and family. A memorial visitation will be held at Hudson Valley Funeral Home, 239 Quassaick Ave,
New Windsor, NY 12553 on Saturday December 6th, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, the charity of your choice in Barbara's name.
