Larry was our neighbor and friend for 27 years. He was always friendly, talkative and caring. He made me laugh quite often. He would retrieve my Amazon or UPS packages for me when I wasn't home and when I would answer the door, he would be smiling ear to ear and say, "MAILMAN!" One time I locked myself out of the house and he climbed through our bathroom window and saved the day! Another time (I was locked out again.....oops, yes again) and he and his beautiful wife, Theresa, hosted me in their kitchen with delicious coffee, chatting with me until my husband came home (no windows were open so there was no point of entry or I am sure he would have climbed in again! :) He told me many stories of his life and my husband as well. My husband, Andy, always chatted with him outside while puttering around. They shared a lovely friendship and respect for each other. We all watched over each other's homes when traveling. He would always get our mail, etc. and vise versa. Life on Chestnut Lane will never be the same without him and we will miss him always. God bless and keep you, Larry. We love you.
